Sand Creek Villas Community Association is a Sub-Association of Ridgeview at Stetson Hills. Though we have our own covenants and rules. Sand Creek is still bound to follow Ridgeview at Stetson Hills’s covenants and rules, which ever is more restrictive. You can get a set of Ridgeview at Stetson Hills's CCR's by going to the CCR's  under "Our Association" and clicking on the attachment.. The master association may be reached at: 719-389-0700

The master association dues are $44.50 per quarter. You pay this directly to Hammersmith.
